- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The automated system is terrible. It consistently routes me around to the wrong department, even when I'm dialing the number the service reps tell me I should call in the future. I also get transferred to the wrong person multiple times on the same call, and they rarely can get me to someone who can help. This happens repeatedly when I call in, not just once in a while. Although the people are usually nice, good service is based on more than just a pleasant disposition. I don't mind getting someone who can't help me, but please know where to send me and how to get me there. When working with Dave and Jordan on the group side, I've received great service, even for what they can help with individual dental (which I'm told is handled separately from group).April 06, 2017by Heidi Lueck
