  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Is there someone that I can report these people to? Dr Stenovich prescribed a new anti-depressant Jan 5. It is now Feb 11, and through a frustrating series of events and utter incompetence and un-professionalism at this office, I still do not have it! Not just one person, but several. The dr., a PA, the girls answering the phone, and just about everyone handling my case! They do not let you talk to the dr or have him call you back. You must make an apt. So I did (I had to wait a week), then when I got there, they told me the wrong time & said I was too late and he was unavailable. I waited another hour & I saw a PA who didn't know anything about my case, asked stupid questions, and after I had to explain everything to her then said she couldn't do anything w/o talking to the dr. That's why I made the appt.! My Q was that I couldn't afford the prescribed drug and was there a plan B. She said she wouldn't prescribe one of the other suggested drugs cuz they weren't good for me. I was nearly suicidal and then she says to go home & Google "patient assistance" to see if the mfgr offered any help and she sent me home. I do it, fill out all the paperwork & drop it off at the office the next day for them to fax w/ a new prescription. That was Jan 18. They asked the best # to reach me at.I say my home phone, cuz I don't always have my cell turned on. Two weeks pass. I call the office to find out what is going on & to ask the dr what to do since I am now weaned off the other drug and am having terrible withdrawal symptoms. They call back the next day. The dr says to go back on the drug he just weaned me off of (cuz it was toxic for my body). I say no, I won't do that, so they give me 3 more equally bad suggestions. I demand to talk to the dr but they say no. I give a list of questions to which they say they will call me back later that day. Four days later, I turn on my cell phone to find they had called. Well now it is Fri night & they are closed. My husband calls the mfgr himself 3 weeks after they faxed the Rx to find out that they had no record of Alliance ever sending them my Rx!!! I have other Incidences of their incompetence I could also write. Dr Stenovich has done ZERO follow-up. Can I report them to some medical board?!?!!
